Returns & Exchanges

U.S. orders: returns or exchanges of unused items are accepted within 30 days of delivery (online orders) or purchase (in-store orders). Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed.

A flat return fee of $12.95 for bags and accessories and $24.95 for luggage will be deducted from your refund.

Returned items cannot show any signs of use, wear, tear, marks, scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage, and must include all original tags and packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number.
2. We'll send a prepaid label and instructions.
3. Pack the unused item in its original packaging and drop it off.

Exchanges

Want a different color or size? Note the item you'd like in your email and we'll help you exchange, subject to availability.

Final sale

Sale items marked final sale, personalized products, and gift cards cannot be returned.

EU customers may withdraw from an order under applicable consumer law. Email us to start that request.
